DMCA Policy

Vegan Pumpkin Pie respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Vegan Pumpkin Pie will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Vegan Pumpkin Pie website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to Vegan Pumpkin Pie's Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Site, please submit a written notice of alleged copyright infringement to Vegan Pumpkin Pie's Designated Copyright Agent via the contact information provided below. Upon receipt of such notice as described below, Vegan Pumpkin Pie will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

To file a DMCA infringement notice with Vegan Pumpkin Pie, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., the URL).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district court where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Vegan Pumpkin Pie may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
